SHIPPING COSTS/PAYMENT INFORMATION

1-Peninsular Spain, the cost will be shown at the end of the order before payment.

2-Ibiza: Not included, to formalize shipping, you must contact us by phone, contact us, we will inform you of the appropriate shipping costs by GLS and they will have an approximate delivery time of 7 to 10 business days.

3-Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, Andorra: We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, or Andorra unless the customer contacts us and we can agree on a shipping price, as these are quite high, especially for bulky items such as guitars, basses, drums, and other instruments. You will need to include your National Identity Document (DNI) number with your order for customs processing. VAT will not be charged for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, and Andorra, but you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs fees and taxes for your destination (e.g., IGIC - Canary Islands General Indirect Tax), as well as any other shipping costs.

4- European Union. For these shipments, it is mandatory to contact us to find out the feasibility and final cost.

SHIPPING METHODS

1- Urgent Shipping 24, BUSINESS DAYS, (EXTRAORDINARY CASES, UPON EXCLUSIVE REQUEST OF THE CUSTOMER AND EXTRA PAYMENT FOR 24H SERVICE OF THE PARCEL COMPANY), for these orders, categorized as urgent, WILL ALWAYS BE AT THE BUYER'S COST, BUT CONSULT US TO KNOW THE FINAL PRICE AND THE AVAILABILITY OF A PRODUCT.

2- Standard Shipping 72 hours. Most of our musical instruments also have a 72-hour shipping time, approximately, for those paid for and received before 1:30 PM; due to the need for processing and preparation of the order, and for payments received later, they will most likely be shipped the next day, even so, they may be delayed up to 7 business days due to reasons beyond Enrique Oca Music's control, such as distributor, factory, or shipping issues... (Please consult us).

3- Cash on Delivery - For cash on delivery shipments, please contact us so that we can apply the expenses derived from the corresponding parcel and bank commissions, COMMISSIONS (EXTERNAL TO ENRIQUE OCA MUSIC).

These fees, which are commissions, include both the courier service and the bank associated with the check issued by the courier for cash-on-delivery payments. This means that any additional charge resulting from the cash-on-delivery transaction goes entirely and exclusively to these entities for their services in processing this payment method.

For all orders. They always require processing and handling time; therefore, we usually ship orders paid before 1:30 PM on the same business day; orders paid after that time are shipped the next business day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

-Can I track my shipment? - Yes, you can track your shipment using the complete shipping information that will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp from the shipping company once your order has been shipped.

Clarification: For combined orders with more than one item, the total shipping time will be determined by the item with the longest shipping time. Please always check by email, message, or phone before making your purchase.

RETURN

We kindly ask that you understand and read our returns policy before proceeding with your purchase.

Incidents are not handled by telephone, only and exclusively by email enriqueocamusic@gmail.com, as it is always necessary to have written proof of the problem, and to provide photographs and other evidence if necessary.

In the case of a mechanical defect in the instrument from the factory, you will not have to pay the shipping costs as long as 14 calendar days have not passed since receipt of the item (if it is found that the problem is due to mishandling or misuse of the product, we will ask for the round-trip shipping costs).

If there is simply an error in the color or model on our end, we will replace it immediately. You must inform us, but please do not touch the instrument in the meantime, as it will be checked upon its return to us. It is essential that it arrives exactly as you received it, with its inner and outer protective packaging intact. Under no circumstances should seals or pickguard protectors, etc., be removed.

The merchandise is always shipped 100% insured against possible breakage in transport for shipped orders, but the merchandise must always be checked within 24 hours of receiving the order in order to make a claim with the transport company's insurance company and it is also mandatory to note any anomaly, dent, damage to the packaging, etc., on the carrier's delivery note.

In case of any apparent damage or visible mistreatment of the merchandise, we ask that you note it on the delivery note from the transport company to facilitate the claim for breakage. If you wish, and even if it is not visible, you can indicate "Pending Review" on the delivery note.

You must always send us photos that prove the breakage or damage and their corresponding packaging, and you must keep the original packaging complete as it arrived to be able to carry out the exchange of the product for another one.

In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt by the customer. To do so, the conditions outlined in this information must be met.

Conditions excluding returns for customers:

Due to reasons of sound, touch, visual, physical aesthetic taste, customer comfort conditions when using the product, regret, personal reasons, misuse and assembly by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted for the following products, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

1. The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when the performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on his part that he is aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, he will have lost his right of withdrawal.

2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

3. The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

4. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

5. The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.

6. The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

7. The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs which have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

8. The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal.

IMPORTANT

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, in perfect condition and properly protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, Enrique Oca Music reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once you have opened a claim with us in the manner we have requested, you must send the goods without delay, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you inform us of your desire to exercise the right.

Shipping costs incurred for returns without prior notice will be your responsibility. You are free to choose and find the shipping agency that best suits your needs or offers the most competitive rates; however, we always recommend purchasing insurance for this type of transaction.
